Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your item.
We will refund the purchase price, or exchange it (only available online)
Sale items cannot be returned.
International items will be exchanged for gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.
The items must not be swimwear or underwear, where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise, an alternative refund tender will be offered.
Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached)
You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return.

How do I return an item?
General Considerations:

How long does it take to be refunded?
After the Returns Department receives it, please allow from 5 to 10 business days for your refund to be applied back to your account.
If you have not received your refund, please check your tracking information and allow 5-10 days after receipt from our department to be refunded.
Can I exchange an item?
Online Purchase can be exchanged under the following conditions:
Exchanges are for the same style. Sale items can only be exchanged for the same style and color. No returns on swimwear or underwear.
The original purchase must be unworn with tags still attached.

When approved, any returned products with all packaging and original tags intact will be given a full refund excluding any shipping costs.
